Vatican’s denial of Nazi Holocaust

Some might call this as a conspiracy theory and some may call this as rumors. I was always perturbed as person born in a Roman Catholic family that the Pope could be biggest coward and a supporter of evil. I do not wish condemn pope or the Vatican, but I will just take you through all my notes that I have gathered through last 20 years of investigations into the biggest denial in Catholic Church. The Vatican has also gone through an extent of totally rubbishing the Jewish holocaust, but what alarmed me most is that, the Nazi death camps were not only limited to Jews. A systematic approach by the Nazis towards the strategies of death camps and who should be killed and who should be sent for experiments. (These were in literal sense human rats or guinea pigs ). If the WW2 had its perpetuator Adolf Hitler, then its stupidity to rule out in involvement of the Pope. Perhaps some of you must be thinking “This guy is crazy”, but I don’t write these things just from some books or internet research. I have first hand information from several people working at the Vatican (Whose names cannot be mentioned here due to security reasons) and also the survivors of WW2.

 

The pope is the central figure of the Roman Catholic religion. He is termed as vicar of Christ, I wonder even Jesus Christ must be thinking “Did I make vicar, or ?, errr that’s not for me to think what Jesus is thinking. Apparently all this fairy tale stories of the Catholics and catechism classes is just a diversion and misleading as the Pope. Alright, lets start with a little background of the this pope during the WW2.

 

Eugenio Pacelli born in 1876, Rome. He was ordained in 1899, became cardinal in 1929 and appointed as secretary of State in 1930. He lived in Germany from 1917 and was appointed papal nuncio in Bavaria, was there until 1929. He became Pope in 1939 and took the name Pius XII. Those days the pope was the most influential & powerful person in the world. He held three positions, Head of the Roman Catholic Church, Chief of State for Vatican and Bishop of Rome. He was one person who could influence his views over 400 million Catholics around the world. Yet his silence during the world war causes a stir even today for the Vatican spokespersons and officials. I understand Catholics revere their Pope almost to a degree as Jesus Christ and look at him as a Holy person, but not necessary all Christians in the world have the same view of him. Although the immense power and anarchy of the popes has diminished in last couple of centuries, but it has not stopped the huge amounts of funds the Vatican gathers for the guilt of most Sunday Mass Catholics.

 

The Pope was extremely worried and scared about the intensions of Hitler’s Nazis, because much of his life he lived in Germany and he exactly knew the ideology of Adolf. He believed that Socialism is profoundly anti-Christian. Catholics need not worry because the pope had a follow up plan for Hitlers intention. Any blow on the Vatican or its command would once and for all destroy the power and centre of Roman Catholicism. The revival of Roman Catholicism, would be impossible if the Nazis had to attack the Vatican. There are thousands of documents, scriptures, things which are highly scandalous in nature. For sure the Nazis would discover the facts of the Vatican, inform the rest of the world the horrors of Vatican and that would mark the end of the popes power over Catholics and would be a permanent end of the Catholic Church. Subsequently, the pope had to act steadfastly on a strategy which would save his throne and maintain the guilt’s of the Catholics for few more centuries. One of my Swiss guard friend had told me once “If the world discovers the Vatican’s library the entire Catholic faith would become topsy-turvy and the Catholics themselves would burn the Vatican including all the bishops, priest and nuns”, this showed me the intensity of the lies locked behind the doors of Vatican. However, I will write more about Vatican lies in my next article, let’s stick to the pope and the WW2.

As a Cardinal Pacelli sometimes condemned Hitler’s Nazi action, but no sooner it appeared that Hitler’s popularity rose in Germany. Maybe Hitler could also target the Catholic Church in the process of cleansing the world. In a shrewd attempt Cardinal Pacelli signed an agreement with German diplomat Franz Von Papen that granted freedom to Roman Catholics. In return Cardinal Pacelli agreed to separate Church from politics. Dissolved any and all Catholic political parties & labor unions in Germany. Hitler saw this as his first diplomatic victory that reduced western involvement in Germany through Catholic church. During the early 1939s the Jewish population became precarious, Pius XII did intervene the month he was elected Pope, March 1939, and obtained 3,000 visas to enter Brazil for European Jews who had been baptized and converted to Catholicism. Two-thirds of these were later revoked, however, because of “improper conduct,” probably meaning that the Jews started practicing Judaism once in Brazil. At that time, the Pope did nothing to save practicing Jews

Thereafter, a series of cries of help from the Jews, were hitting the deaf ears of the Pope. In 1940, Chief Rabbi of Palestine Isaac Herzog asked the Vatican to stop the deportation the Jews to Nazi camps in Germany & Poland from Spain & Lithuania, the Pope didn’t act on this request.

In 1941, the Cardinal of Vienna Theodar Innitzer informed Pope Pius XII that the Jews from Slovakia would be sent to death camps, once again no action.

In late August 1942, after more than 200,000 Ukrainian Jews had been killed, Ukrainian Metropolitan Andrej Septyckyj wrote a long letter to the Pope, referring to the German government as a regime of terror and corruption, more diabolical than that of the Bolsheviks. The Pope replied by quoting verses from Psalms and advising Septyckyj to “bear adversity with serene patience.”

On September 18, 1942, Monsignor Giovanni Battista Montini, the future Pope Paul VI, wrote, “The massacres of the Jews reach frightening proportions and forms.” Yet, that same month when Myron Taylor, U.S. representative to the Vatican, warned the Pope that his silence was endangering his moral prestige, the Secretary of State responded on the Pope’s behalf that it was impossible to verify rumors about crimes committed against the Jews and there were no death camps or extermination of Jews by Germans…(Ha Ha Ha Ha……….)

Wladislaw Raczkiewicz, president of the Polish government-in-exile, appealed to the Pope in January 1943 to publicly denounce Nazi violence. Bishop Preysing of Berlin did the same, at least twice. Pius XII refused & denied such actions of atrocities by Nazis, was this Pope a Nazi henchman ?

The Pope throughout the WW2, claimed a “neutral” stance, he was given a blind eye towards the Jewish mistreatments and giving a deaf ear to any requests of intervention on behalf of Jews. The constant denial of death camps and staying mum towards Nazi, one can only understand that the Pope was either trying to protect his chair and support Hitler. Other then the British & German intelligence the Vatican was the only European state that was highly informed about Holocaust. On September 8, 1943, the Nazis invaded Italy and, suddenly, the Vatican was the local authority. But, hold on, why didn’t Hitler’s army invade a defenseless Vatican? This is the most controversial question in the history of WW2. Perhaps, experts come up with speculations, but with no substantial proofs.

Historians point out that any support the Pope did give the Jews came after 1942, once U.S. officials told him that the allies wanted total victory, and it became likely that they would get it. Furthering the notion that any intervention by Pius XII was based on practical advantage rather than moral inclination is the fact that in late 1942, Pius XII began to advise the German and Hungarian bishops that it would be to their ultimate political advantage to go on record as speaking out against the massacre of the Jews.

In fact, Catholic Poles were the most outspoken critics of his silence. Pius did not speak out effectively after Germany overran Poland and the restrained remarks that did come from the Vatican about the oppression of the Catholic Poles ceased after Germany protested.

 

In a letter dated November 20, 1946, showing that Pope Pius XII ordered Jewish babies baptized by Catholics during the Holocaust not to be returned to their parents.

The Popes reactions, actions, inability to act and fluctuations still stand mysterious. Although, he did assist the Jews sometimes, but it was only when the Russian had turned the war table against the Germans. This clearly shows that the Pope lost his defenders ( Nazi Germans ) and now, the Russians could uproot and wipe out Vatican from the face of the earth. It was necessary in such times that the new western power United States of America was coming to join the war scene. If the pope failed to help few thousands ( Less then 5000 ) Jews on different occasions, then that might get him the favor from the Americans. The Jews in America were strongly lobbying for the US forces to get involved in the war. The helping hand of Pope extended to help Jews only in 1942s.

 

What a wonderful player he was, the master politician of all. Yet the Catholics were deceived to believe that “This is the Vicar of Christ”.
